Install CB radio or not?
I have a nice CB radio from a few years back from our last RV. With cell phones, GPS with traffic/etc., and FRS radios, does CB still have a place under the dash? I don't just want to throw it away...

Years ago I had one in all my vehicles. Not anymore. It's not like it was before. Sadly Now all the talk is pretty rough and down right vulgar and disgusting.
I did invest in a hand held CG called the "Cobra Road Trip". Throw it on the dash and if a traffic issue comes up I will turn it on and/or leave the squelch down so only near by comes on.
This CB also is a 'real time where you are at weather alert radio' too. IMHO a great little radio with a lot of power! Comes with an additional mag antenna you can put out your window if really needed.
And I figured it would make a great emergency tool if I didn't have phone service and I needed help.
