Insurance adjuster/policy question (trailer damage)

As far as the 3 estimates each state has their own requirements. In dealing with insurance I personally would weigh my rig loaded as it was on a CAT scale so that you have a record of the weight (if you don't already)........before they decide that it is your fault the trailer was overloaded causing the tread to separate..........
