Insurance adjuster/policy question (trailer damage)

How did the manufacturer get involved in an insurance matter? Take it to the dealer of your choice and get an estimate from him. You should HAVE no deductable if the tire manufacturer is paying for the damage but if they DO charge you tripple, you should get it back from the tire company.
