Your policy requires you cooperate in obtaining repair estimates, which could be interpreted as you having to take it to three repair facilities. However, if it is not movable and the repair facilities don't want to come out to look at your rig, then the company should send an adjuster, or "claims handler" as they are called now. That claims handler may be an independent adjuster who works on a fee basis for various companies. The rule is "reasonable and prudent" when requiring an insured (you) to do something.
