I am very confused why Discount Tire, Greenball, your insurance carrier and now even your lien holder is involved. What the heck does your lien holder have to do with any of this?
You made a mistake contacting your insurance carrier. It is now on your record as three claims whether they pay one penny or not.
I would pay the repairs out of my pocket and then have Greenball reimburse me.
BTW, that three estimate stuff is a bunch of garbage. The customer always has the right to get repairs from any facility they choose. There is no need or requirement for three estimates. That is just an insurance carrier trying to BS a naive customer into saving money for them.
