Per Greenball tire their policy/procedure is for the customer to go back to original store where tires were purchased and have them fill out the above report and send in damaged tires for review or inspection. That is the only way they handle this. They also require that I go thru my insurance (no fault). The lien holder this was mentioned to be by Geico yesterday. From a customer view, this is the most time consuming, frustration and senseless method for obtaining warranty but at least they agreed to pick up the tab. I told ins. that one of the 2 blow outs that occured on the same side of rv could have been damaged from first blow out so don't charge me a ded. for that tire b/c it is related to first blow out. I also told her about the weight distribrution effect when one tire blows and the other picks up the weight of the second and is overloaded Will see today.
