Check with Escapees.com Club. they have all kinds of members traveling in all kinds of RV's. They have member groups for heavy duty trucks, and sometimes they have problems getting RV insurance on their RV's. I think it might be Foremost insurance? But not really sure.
Many times a insurance company thinks a fifth wheel is the spare tire. You need to find a RV related insurance company.
