How is this particularly different than any smallish fifth wheel hooked up to a Tesla truck? The main gist of the article seemed to be the idea that one could electrically power an RV from the truck's battery bank, which seems rather a given assuming there's an AC inverter option available.
(For boondocking, I'd prefer a unit with toilet facilities. Perhaps a bathroom is supposed to be in the portion of the rendering that's been cut away.)
