Any converter is fine if mostly plugged in. If you expect a fast (2 to 4 hours) battery charge on generator then you may need to upgrade. If you get solar the converter will generally stay off.
The batteries just supply 12v power when not plugged in. The trailer will operate just fine with no changes. The 12v is needed for lights, water pump, fridge controls, water heater propane controls, stereo, bath fan, furnace blower, and probably more.
If you are plugged in or running a generator you do not need an inverter. When you plug the RV into a 120vac power source the power just passes through to the outlets through the 120vac distribution panel. There is nothing for an inverter to do.
Inverter is used to create 120vac when not plugged in and you are just running on battery alone. For example a small 300 watt inverter would allow you to charge your phone, laptop, and watch a movie without firing up and making everyone listen to the generator and breathing fumes for several hours.
Transfer switch is just a method to select between two power sources without back feeding the other.
Get your trailer home and most of this will be covered during the orientation or become self evident while in use.
