An inverter has NOTHING to do with running appliances from a generator
Get that out of your head
An inverter is for running items from battery power at night when you can't run the generator after quiet hours
Get an inverter that will power your tv, your cpap if you have one, big enough for the coffee maker if your an early riser and want coffee before morning generator hours
Use the generator for air conditioning, vacuum, hair dryer, any heavy watts device
A good 40 amp or larger smart converter/charger like progressive dynamics, iota, Etc..
To recharge batteries during daytime generator hours
Generator 3000w for air conditioning,
2000w for battery charging, microwave, hair dryer, ONLY one large load item at a time when using 2000w generator
