First off, do the tail/parking lights work on the truck when not connected to MH? Second do you have power to the tail light circuit at the MH plug in? If both are working I would presume that there is a bad connection between connector and pickup circuit.
I believe that most GM vehicles use a brown color wire for the tail/parking light circuit. Try this, connect a jumper wire from the HM tail light circuit plug to a brown wire near one of the tail lights. Also connect a ground wire from frame of MH to Truck frame. Could either do to a front light, or back up truck to MH, and use back tail light. If lights come on then you have isolated the problem to between the connector and where connection was made in truck.
