I have been in the insurance industry for 40 year, handling claims, primarily workers compensation for the last 20. Granted, in my line I deal only with those who have sustained injuries on the job, but I see a wide variety, and have dealt with injuries to commercial truck drivers quite often who are older than 70. These are men (and women) who are driving big rigs. Their injuries very seldom involve actually driving related accidents. We see mostly slip/falls from entering and exiting their cab, strains from tarping trailers or securing loads. My point is, that the age is not relevant as to can they drive question. Health is an issue, but only rarely does that combine with an actual vehicular accident.
