Yeah, kind of a tough sell that 70 is the magic age one should stop towing. I am in my 60's and own/operate commercial class 8 trucks, and even turn wrenches as well. Nothing for me to crawl under a semi and do an oil change, grease job, change shocks, etc. And I can shift 18 gears under a full gross of 80,000 lb as good as any youngster, and in heavy Chicago traffic! I am not even going to file for SSI until I have to at age 70, but that will not stop me from working. I love what I do. I will obviously slow down some so that I can just take off and go somewhere with a travel trailer whenever the mood hits me. And it won't be KOA camping either. I like remote boon docking where the road ends and the scenery is natural. Not a campground full of 5th wheels and motorhomes.
