Lucky for me my dad and I went splits of small Kubota backhoe, digging up the tank didn't take long. Could not get the trailer in on the right angle because of trees, but got it close and level as the land really slanted away so I backed the trailer up on some 4x4 on the passenger side, still not level but close enough. Drain - fill -drain - fill. It took 20 seconds with a garden one to back the water all the way into the tank. Even had the power washer in the drain pipe to work that angle. An hour later all of a sudden it drained. Tanks were left full of water and laundry soap to soak, will dump in a few minutes and rinse.
Not nearly enough came out. Going to try the commando that Soundguy recommended. Or maybe the dishwasher soap, that seems good at breaking up caked on stuff
