Is it a rule not to dump your tanks when selling?

Well, why go to the tribble of dumping when you can leave it fort the next guy?

(I can answwer that question... But truthfully I do not like the kind of language I would use to describe the person who feels that way at all, and I have no wish to melt down your monitors,, cause I do know how to do that).
