If 3000lbs is the "listed" pin weight then it it likely the dry weight and will be much higher once you load it up. Dry weights don't include options, propane, batteries etc or any of your stuff. You must account for the weight of the hitch in the bed as well plus a portion of occupant weights will be added to the rear axle.
Your dry weight at 14.6k will be 15k+ delivered. Add in 1200lbs for toys plus several hundred more pounds for gear and you'll be reaching 17k quickly. The average pin weights for fivers are 20-25% of gross weight so even at the minimum you'll be 3400lbs + a couple hundred pounds for the hitch. Toy haulers tend to be even heavier on the pin to counteract weight of toys in the back. I'd suspect you'll be closer to 4k on the pin than 3k, if not over.
