Weird. You are getting different menus.
If I try to trace your steps with the menus I am given, I go:
Travel ->
Maps, Guides, and Directions ->
View and Order Maps ->
Userid and Password (yes, I slready igned in at the begining, but it asks for them again ->
'Please wait while we check your ID and password'
It gets stuck at that page and never completes.
Yes, my userid and password are correct ;)
