We have friends with one of these but they only have drivers side slides (no dumping water in front of the door).
A real nice option.
A simpler solution is to angle the top without a peak. Example: set the side next to the door 6-12" higher than the back side. All the water will flow to the rear and you get all the same benefits without a joint at the slideout peak to keep sealed.
