Issues with US Gear TC-6000 control module

We have a US Gear UTB-1000 brake system in our RV towing a Jeep Wrangler.
The issue is the TC-6000 control unit in the RV.
In one year I have now gone through 3 of them at $352.00 a piece.
They work fine for a while, then emit a long beep and quit working.
I took it in to the local dealership when the original went out and they scratched their heads and said it had power going in but no power going out and they recommend we change it out......
So I replaced it, it worked well for a while and then same thing happened. Anyone else have this issue and what did you do to solve it?
Thanks!

  • Thanks for the thoughts so far. I will try to contact US Gear directly and see what they say.
  • Try contacting Ron at ronaldinventor@aol.com He is the inventor of that brake system and I've found him to be very helpful. He has a new a redesigned product that he markets as Smartbrake. Here's a link.

    BUT I do have a question(s).

3 in 1 year of use
Have YOU (or dealer 'techs') contacted US GEAR Tech Support and inquired about issue---ISSUES?
