We probably use about 6 or 7 gallons a day but we also go to the laundromat every 2 weeks. Still a lot less than a house. So the big consumption items are toilet at 1.6, dishwasher, shower and even the laundry is less because of it's not as easy to do laundry. Vehicle and RV get washed less also. No landscaping plants to water.
My wife and many others would cringe at the thought of living in a very small S&B but there is a huge difference between what we want and what we need.
On a similar ecological or environmental note, someone camped here looked at my solar panels and said "Saving the world huh". It is scary how many arses there are out there with no clue.
