Yeah, but it's a Prevost. I doubt any resort would enforce a 10 year rule on that.
Nice! But it is now 10 years old. It is not allowed in some resorts!!!
Oh no, rules are rules. Where would you draw the line, at Winnebago? It would be like 50 shades of gray in the RV world. - 2oldmanExplorer II

http://www.prevost-stuff.com/used_coaches.htm/
2004 Prevost coaches listed start at $300K!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This could be a super buy.
Vic - lj2654Explorerthis could be a great buy for someone to have the funds to be able to purchase for cash money!
- lj2654ExplorerWhy is the "over ten years" old always brought up? I have a 2001 DP that still looks new and have never had an issue because of age. I guess if your school bus or RV looks rough it makes sense in a 5 star resort, but doubt they care about those places anyway!

There is nothing wrong with a 10 year old rig and if the price is right, its really a good deal, it might be cheap enough to get new tires, and have a qualified mechanic go through it and you'll have a new rig for a minimum price. You could have it detailed while your at it. LOl
The Resorts that don't allow rigs over 10 years just use that as a reason not to let trashy RVs in, and you might not want to use their parking lot sites anyway.
Another good deal is to buy repos. We bought a really fine 2005 5th wheel for under $5000 and it needed a new hot water heater, and some major cleaning. It looks brand new.
Says minimum bid $175k. Not sure how good a deal this is.
