The first thing after they find their desk.... have them really I am not joking...go down to the assembly floor and take a tour the RV that the company manufactures. Then go back up and get the engineers and bring them down to see it also. Maybe even make them go camping for a long weekend and make them use the product. Back a long time ago (17 years I sold RVs)I had a Airstream Design Engineer come on the lot. He asked to get inside one of the Silver Bullets. So why not I let him look at one, he was surprised, as he had NEVER been in one and had worked for Airstream for 5 years....I was surprised by that.
