I write down the entire itinerary on one sheet with dates and number of nights staying and number of hours travel to get there from where we are. Example:
9/1-9/3 - 3 nights - KOA Harpers Ferry WV - 000-000-0000 - 3.5 hrs.
Then for each leg of the trip, I create a separate page with: Dates, number of nights, name of campground, address, phone number and number of hours travel to get there. Then I write the directions below on the same sheet. I put them in date order behind the itinerary in a folder. When we're ready to leave one campground, I grab the info for the next stop. I also use yahoo calendar once we arrive to keep track of where we are and what site number. I add the site number and phone number. I gave calendar permissions to my sister and daughter in case they need to reach us in an emergency. It's also nice to go back to the calendar and see where we stayed. I also put the rate we paid on the calendar notes. I don't keep my printer hooked up so don't usually print things.
