Keeping Track of your Money

As I get more and more accounts and funds, my pencil and paper system of keeping track is becoming overburdended.

Is there some easy software to do it? Something I can update each month/quarter to keep a handle on things?

We use www.mint.com

I work overseas, and this is the best way for us both to keep track of things. Your experience may be different, but Mint works well for us. It has an iPad app as well.
