You are telling us you don't bother to check the lube of the entry steps. You don't sanitize your water tank occasionally, you don't check your power plugs to see if they are oxidizing and correct if need be. You do not check your wheel lugs occasionally to be sure they are torqued up tight. How about the coolant, the oil, hydraulic fluid, brake fluid,tire pressures vary a lot depending on where you have been and the temperature. How about your generator exercising on and on. I have found a lot of close calls by checking on a regular basis in my 45 years of RVing. So far I have had no serious down time, so I will continue.
