KOA membership
Is the KOA membership really worth it? I know it's only $30 and you get 10% off. But don't they also offer 10% for AARP & disabled veterans? Of which I have both. thanks

In looking at the KOA web site, not all KOAs offer any kind of military discount. Also, when you join KOA, you get points for every stay in addition to the discount. When you accumulate enough points, you can use them for nights at a KOA.
You will need to do the math yourself based on how many KOA nights you plan to spend each year. We end up doing enough nights that it is worth the yearly cost.
