Kudos to Campers Inn for doing the right thing

I would never have asked for something so unreasonable. Sometimes people just need to take responsibility for their decisions and not expect others to give them something for nothing.

I think it's great that the dealer did what they did, but I don't think they should have been put in the position to feel obligated to do it. Are you really serious that you would have "escalated" this if they didn't give you what you wanted?

Maybe it's just me, but I don't think what you did is right.
