Not only did he demand four tires in replacement of his one bad tire -- he demanded they provide him with "top of the line" tires with a brand name he might recognize. He is out of luck with his non-Asian preference, however, because all ST tires are made in Asia.
By the way, KevSchofield, what brand tires did your trailer come with? You didn't mention that in your original post.
