First of all speedy recovery! It is customary to get tired after PT/OT/ST even with a good night's sleep. Ask the facility for a fan that you can keep on at night for a little white noise. Another option is to find a classical station if you have a radio. If they can't get you into a private room ask the PT or OT for the quietest room in the place and see if you can get moved into that room. If you get moved into your own room you can always ask to have the door closed. I would only recommend you close the door if you have the physical ability to use the nurse's button 100% of the time. Have them tie it to the bed rail, so it won't fall to the ground.
It is very difficult to get a full night's sleep under the best of circumstances. Typically vitals need to be checked during the night and staff has to be in out of the room. You can always ask the physician if vitals can be changed from every 4 to 6 hours only if your condition is stable. You never want to be near the nurse's station it is just loud!
