This sounds like a great chance for an experiment with a RV fridge and a wireless thermometer. Just how long will it stay in the safe range while traveling? :)
Well, I can sort of try this right now. I've got the camper in my driveway and can turn the fridge on for a day. Then I can throw a bag of ice in there and let the fridge run some more. Eventually I'll turn the fridge off and check the temp in a few hours. :-)
