Leave my plugged in over winter in barn ??

Being cautious, I wouldn’t leave any RV plugged in over a long period of time just like I disconnect the batteries and shut down my main solar system. Only thing “on” is my trickle solar panel and controller.

Stabil, yes, if it's a gasoline unit. And then run the engine for a few minutes.

Jacks.....don't care.

Leave the "normal" power connected ONLY if you are sure that your charger/converter has a "float" mode....and you have tested it.
If it does not, leave the 30 amp disconnected,turn the battery disconnect OFF and connect a small automatic tender type battery charger directly to the batteries and plugged into a standard 120 V outlet.

Most people will say to do your annual oil change before putting it to bed.

I personally like to run both the engine and generator for about a half hour once a month or so (but not when it is REALLY cold) but I don't think that is really necessary. I also move it a foot or so at the same time to help prevent flat spots on the tires.

Oh....and if there will be a significant temperature drop during storage, put an extra 5 pounds of air in the tires so that they won't "sag" well below the recommended pressure when the temp goes DOWN.

Winterize the water system and remove anything that might attract mice.

I know that part but was wondering about leaving it plugged in and jacks up or down

I keep our 96 Southwind plugged in 24/7. It keeps the batteries charged. Just check the battery levels monthly.
I use Marine Sta-Bil, the blue stuff. It's a couple dollars more but, has more cleaners and corrosion preventative stuff than the regular red Sta-Bil.
Some will lower the jacks to take weight off the tires. Others leave the jacks retracted.
I park on a gravel pad and do not extend the jacks.

Don't forget to run the generator to get the treated gas it the fuel system.

Its great that you have a pole barn to store it inside.

I would add the stabil first and drive it a few miles to make sure the stabil gets through the lines and all the way up to the carb.

If the barn has no heat then winterize as normal. Keeping it plugged in will keep the house batteries charged up but may not keep the MH battery charged. That depends on whether your converter is wired to charge it. If fridge is empty just prop the doors open and turn it off. No need to run it all winter.

I'm not too far from you and I'll be winterizing my TT next week. Unfortunately I don't have a barn to keep it inside so I have to brush any big snows we get off the roof. I do pull my battery and store it in my garage which is semi heated to 45 deg. F. No other reason to keep mine plugged in.

I leave my stabilizers down and try to take as much weight off the tires as possible to avoid getting flat spots in the tires.

Plugged in is fine, jacks up or down, your choice.

mines in a bldg to. I use battery tenders, why have the converter,inverter working when not needed just wear it out faster. use fresh cab and peppermint oil for mice. any warm will attracted them.

I have had my 5vr plugged in for past 4 1/2 yrs when not out camping in it.
And majority of time when we were FT for 7 yrs.

Leave it plugged in. Converter will keep batteries charged. Be sure to check water level in the batteries. Suggest checking which converter you have. Some can overcharge the batteries.
Put trickle charger on the chassis battery or charge it up and operate battery disconnect.
I leave an electric heater on in my rig to keep it above freezing.
