Regardless of what leveling system I may be using I'd always chock both the low side and high side of the trailer, otherwise given enough site slope the trailer could rotate around the axis of the wheel set that is chocked. :E I guess I've never thought of my Lynx / Wood leveling system as "elaborate" ... after all, it's just a few Lynx secured to a plywood base ... pretty simple really, and because there's nothing but open space between the adjacent tires I can use ground level chocking on both sides to firmly lock down the trailer and ensure it isn't going anywhere. :B
