The handles for the stock sewage slider valves on our motorhome's black/grey tanks have a tab sticking out of them with a hole in the tab ... as if it's intended for use to install a security cable through this hole and then wrapped around the 3" black black/grey pipes with maybe a small lock through loops on each end of the security cable. Kindof like a mini-version of the cables used to secure bikes to bike racks.
(I've never made use of these holes in these sewer valve handles, as our valves are accessible only in a locked cabinet.)
