Giving an accurate accounting of ones experience lets people know what they may expect dealing with an organization. Just like Angie's List or any of the thousands of other sites.
Just because you don't want to hear what a poster has to say doesn't make them a basher.
I did read your post, and agree with the whole paragraph.
I have also read some of your other posts. I just wanted an explanation of repeated bashing in multiple threads contribute to this community.
