I used to shop at CW store in CA. It was OK for your normal camping stuff.
But customer service wasn't quite up to par....fact is if tipping was the norm I would have left a 'quarter, nickel, dime & penny' tip
Then we hit the road traveling........4 different CWs/4 different states and the one thing in common was the same lousy customer service. Thought is was just the one store in CA.
Haven't been inside one since.
Internet CW shopping......better pricing, shipping AND customer service via NUMEROUS other on-line vendors.
No I am not a CW fan.
I do like and participate on RV.NET because I RV just wasn't aware of the 'unwritten club rule' that I need to like CW also.
