How does it help, you ask? Most CEOs pay fairly big bucks for market research in which they hope to find out what their customer base wants/thinks. Here, on RV.net, such answers are served up on a silver platter. If they're smart (and I'm betting Marcus is), there are people who pay attention to these threads and continually refine their approach to business. Now... I'm not saying one problem is going to bring about a change but, taken as a whole, these threads are VERY valuable to a company.
