- me 2 so i wd-40d the hell out of the holes where i can see the white nylon underneath. i still have to drive it foward a bit and they straighten ok
- I believe if you check your owners manual it tells you how to adjust the bolt for the swivel pan.
- The ramps on my tow dolly were always stiff to move.
The easy way to move them is to hook the tire straps over the end of the ramps and use the tensioner to adjust them straight. I had used a marker to put a reference point on the deck so I could tell when they were aligned.
If you lube the nylon pad don't use anything like grease or oil that will hold grit. I used a spray silicon lube on mine as required and it worked well.
