Really appreciate all the responses. My husband is an elderly man and I think they are simply trying to bully him into paying more money after the fact. They had ample time and opportunity to inspect the trade in. I'm sure they will start calling tomorrow and I'll be the one talking to them. They are holding the DMV paperwork hostage till they get some satisfaction from us
