Lack of professional incompetence in inspection procedures is not your responsibility. Tell the dealer that when you get all the DMV legal paper signed and delivered to you, you will pay them the additional money. After you get all the legal paper work, tell them to take a hike. Contact Trailer Life complaint dept. to investigate the issue. Call Good Sam Customer service and ask them to help you clear up this issue or tell you what federal or state agency to contact to help. Call the Better Business Bureau at the local and state level to report the dealer. At last result, contact a lawyer. If they legally signed all the paper work, then legally they violated the legal contract.
