What does I wrote in "the requested amount over trade in mean"? Are you saying you requested more than the actual trade in value? And then they found problems and denied that? Seems kind of a strange scenario to me at least, unless I am totally misunderstanding, what went on. I personally have never heard of such a thing, but if that is the case, I would guess the have 15 pages of exclusions, if and or buts. Slimy sales tactic? I have no knowledge
