THIS IS IN CALIFORNIA!! First, if they do call you, say "no cooling off period". They accepted your vehicle "As-Is". It was their responsibility to perform an inspection.
Then you need to call the DMV and Dept. of Consumers Affairs and report them as withholding DMV paperwork on your new vehicle.
