Sorry, but I disagree. Just because their word isn't worth anything doesn't mean yours should. Lying is never good for business.
I'd suggest telling them to fulfill their obligation agreed upon and if not, they can get their lawyers involved. You can always go to DMV with all your paperwork and register your RV.
