The OP, does not state the dealer accepted the rig in As-In condition
She states "I wrote in the requested amount over trade in" Whatever the heck that means.
My guess is that requested amount is what is in dispute. I have no clue, very weird scenario to me.
And now it is 2600 ? not 12K? Hmmm
