I have never heard of anything so blatant in my RV years. First of all the whole process was too long too involved, I smell something fishy here. They cannot legally withhold your paperwork and title, you have signed contracts. Get the State BMV involved before you have to pay some legal beagle a big fee to get what you deserve. If you really want to shake them up slap a lean on their business.
