We can highly recommend T.O. Fuller State Park. Not a very desirable suburb to get to the park but.... Lovely level sites with full hookups, pull thrus and absolutely spotless toilet block. Lovely and quiet and handy to all Memphis has to offer. Although the drive through the 'burbs' was interesting we never felt the slightest bit uncomfortable in the park. Very helpful host as well. We stayed in the fall so the leaves were just gorgeous and the whole park was stunning.
