Yes aluminum is conductive. We only got shocked when touching unpainted surfaces like the edge of aluminum compartment doors and standing on the ground in bare feet. Most of the surface of our RV is fiberglass and painted.
I still want to know what the voltage reading on the ground receptacle on the pedestal reads even if he did find a missing ground pin, although if the pin was missing it probably would have had a hard time back feeding his frame.
