Try tripping the GFCI receptacle. Older models have flow through the receptacle.
Look behind the converter for the ground wire that goes to the frame. Make sure it is clean and tight. Locate the other end of it where it attaches to the frame. make sure it is not rusted, corroded or loose.

I don't understand two things here: 1 )I don't know where, or what, the GFCI receptacle is, and 2) I need to know what you mean by the converter. I do have a big power-converter on-board inside the box where the power-cord to the breaker-box is (which I plug the shore-power cord into), and frankly, I have never known what it is for. :P
I have looked at the ground wire where it connects to the breaker-box. Is this what you mean by the converter? I have not checked where it attaches to the frame, so I will do that now.
