We are fortunate to have a garage for our MH but that will NOT stop mice. I always have a couple of cats around my property and I have NEVER had the first problem with mice in our MH or anywhere on the property for that matter. In fact, the cats are so proud of themselves, occasionally they'll leave a dead mouse, shrew, etc. on the patio for me !!
