I would be much more concerned with fixing the issue that allowed mice to get inside the camper. That's just me.
It would bother me. Depends on what a trace is though. If only the odd scattering here and there I would let it all dry out and continue on. I would have fans pointed at them holes you drilled if possible, or partially drop a panel and get a fan blowing there.
Them mice are ruthless and will fight hard to get back up into that ceiling.
