As mentioned, the definition of a Millenial depends on who you ask. But generally it's "Millennials: Born 1981-1996". We remember what life was like before cell phones and internet. Kids just graduating and coming into adulthood right now are not really millennials. That's the next group. As an early millennial myself (36 now), I have friends I went to high school with that now have kids who have graduated high school.
